Soooo what happened to big buddy from the start who didn't care how she looked, and liked her for her, or did he see an opportunity cause no other guy would find her attractive, and shoot his chance on her. Maybe he generally cared for her who knows, but did she kick him to the curb cause now since she went under the scalpel, and now is an attractive women huh. Also I don't really watch this cause it really hit to reality of how these young girls/women what they have to endure, and go through for beauty in the modeling agency as well in the adult industry really its horrible man.
